• Request proof of ownership (e.g., V5C logbook, purchase receipt, ID)

• Carry out basic vehicle history checks (including HPI-style checks where applicable)

• Refuse any motorcycle without explanation

• Report suspected stolen or fraudulent vehicles to the relevant authorities

 

6. Inspection and Final Offer

• All motorcycles are subject to physical inspection before a final offer is confirmed.

• If the condition differs from the information provided, the offer may be revised or withdrawn.

• We reserve the right to withdraw from a transaction at any point prior to payment.

 

7. Sale Agreement and Handover

• A sale is only legally binding once a final price is agreed by both parties.

• Ownership transfers upon receipt of full payment and handover of the motorcycle and relevant documents (e.g., V5C logbook).

• Once completed, the sale is final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Payment

• Payment will be made using an agreed method at the time of sale (e.g., bank transfer).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
